Lake Simcoe-area councillors push federal government for water protection funding

Orillia, Ont. – Municipal councillors in communities across the Lake Simcoe watershed are calling on the federal government to provide funding for the lake’s protection in the next federal budget. The group of councillors say they can’t fund the initiative on their own and need federal assistance.
